Notes:	Please adhere to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Training Division Dress Code, which is Business Casual for both male and female students. Shorts, tank tops, shirts with obscene and/or inappropriate graphics and text, jeans with rips and/or holes, hats, and open-toe footwear ARE NOT ALLOWED. You will be asked to leave the classroom if you violate the dress code.

This course is to give individuals involved in law enforcement information on how to testify in a Criminal Case, Officer’s Demeanor while on the Witness Stand, general information concerning operation of a Courtroom, requirements in Case presentation by Officer and tactics utilized by Defense Attorneys against Officers while on Witness Stand. Officers will participate in a Mock Court during class. Course is approved for 8 TCOLE hours.
